How are my roses shipped and what is your delivery area?
Dallas Speaking Roses® delivers to the continental 48 states overnight. We use UPS Next Day Air service and UPS Ground service.
All custom orders (custom text or images) require 3 business days from reception of final artwork. All standard orders (standard phrase or no phrase) sent 12:00 noon Central Time will require 1 Day turnaround and will begin production and ship the following business day unless stated otherwise. All orders will be shipped Monday through Thursday. For deliveries on Tuesday, you must ship next day air. In most areas we will be able to deliver the shipment by 11:30 am. Some rural areas are not guaranteed the time of delivery.
Dallas Speaking Roses® Shipping Guarantee: Dallas Speaking Roses® guarantees shipment of roses on the day specified but cannot guarantee the time that the shipment arrives. We cannot deliver Sunday or Monday. Some recipients may be contacted to ensure delivery.
What happens if my recipient is not present at the time of delivery?
All Dallas Speaking Roses® shipments automatically have a "signature release" which means that UPS can drop off the package without requiring a signature. In most cases, the delivery driver will knock or ring the bell, and if there is no answer, he or she will leave the product somewhere safe at the delivery location.
Are there any special considerations for Holiday orders?
Because holidays are our busiest time here at Dallas Speaking Roses® we cannot Guarantee during these times the colors of roses, or quantities. If you are planning to buy Dallas Speaking Roses® for the Holidays, please order with as much anticipation as possible to ensure your order. Prior to certain holidays, we'll post specific delivery schedules.
